What is indoor triathlon?

Triathlon is a comprehensive sport consisting of three disciplines: swimming, cycling and running. Triathlon distances vary in length and difficulty, offering challenges for everyone from beginners to experienced athletes.

Indoor triathlon is an alternative form of triathlon, held in enclosed spaces such as swimming pools, gyms and fitness rooms.

Competitors swim in a pool, ride exercise bikes and run on treadmills. Indoor triathlon is a training that allows you to test your abilities in controlled conditions, regardless of the weather.

Rules and start dates

From October to March, starts are based on the qualification rules for the A and B finals.

During individual qualifying races, competitors collect points for places obtained or participation, respectively.

Qualifications: 19/10/2024, 16/11/2024, 14/12/2024, 18/01/2025, 15/02/2025, 15/03/2025

Finals: April 2025

Starting times: 7:00, 8:00, 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00.

Then, after the last qualifying start in March 2024, the following will qualify for the final:

FINAL A: Top 6 women Top 6 men



FINAL B: Top 6 women after the first 6 women Top 6 men after the first 6 men.

Fees

PLN 100 – 1 start for STELLAR Club Members

PLN 150 – 1 start for people who are not STELLAR Club members

PLN 350 - 3 starts for people who are not STELLAR Club members

PLN 250 - 3 starts for STELLAR Club Members
