BOXING TRAINING is a class that combines intensive physical training with learning boxing techniques. The program begins with a general warm-up, followed by technical exercises focusing on footwork and correct punching technique.
During the classes, participants also perform tasks in pairs and endurance exercises. Thanks to these classes, you will improve your fitness, technique and endurance. Bring your gloves and join us for an energizing workout! We invite everyone - regardless of the level of advancement. Classes take place in the Fight&Box room.
